Kaitlyn Conley

Kaitlyn Conley began dancing at age 2 and has extensively trained in jazz, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, tap and ballroom, under many teachers including Natasha Louis and Slawomir Wozniak from Master Ballet Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. Kaitlyn earned the title of JUMP’s “Senior National Female VIP Winner” at age 16. She immediately began touring with JUMP Break the Floor Production all over the United States as their main demonstrator. This accomplishment provided her with judging and teaching opportunities, including assisting the top choreographers in the industry. While earning her degree in Business Law at Arizona State University, Kaitlyn enjoyed dancing for the Sun Devil’s extremely successful dance team, which included top 3 national rankings and not one, but two, gold medals from the UCI World Jazz Championships. The team’s success provided Kaitlyn and her teammates the opportunity to perform at numerous high-profile events, such as the pre-game and half-time show of Super Bowl XLXI. During her time as ASU’s choreography captain, Kaitlyn choreographed for both the football and basketball halftime performances, as well as the team’s jazz routines for Varsity’s UDA College Dance Team Nationals and UCI Worlds Competitions. After graduation, Kaitlyn continued as a competition coach and choreographer for ASU. Kaitlyn travels throughout the United States, Canada and Costa Rica teaching master classes, judging, and setting award-winning choreography for various dance competitions and conventions, competitive dance studios, along with high school and college dance teams. Kaitlyn is a UDA Master class instructor and a Varsity Pro faculty member, Varsity’s new branch for NFL/NBA Pro Cheerleaders/Dancers. She just finished 4 years as the head coach of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns Dancers, and has joined Tribe 99’s faculty.
